We have an exciting new opportunity to join Symetra as a Application Development Manager. About the role We are seeking an experienced Application Development Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our DevOps/Engineering Platforms team. This team empowers engineering across the enterprise by delivering scalable, secure, and compliant platforms that enable modern software delivery practices. The Application Development Manager will provide people leadership, operational oversight, and delivery coordination, working closely with the Product Manager to maintain the team's backlog and roadmap. This role balances engineering leadership with operational excellence, ensuring the team consistently delivers value while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What you'll do

Compensation Salary Range: $125,300 - $208,400 plus eligibility for annual bonus program.
