YOU As an LOD Program Administrator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where ideas are shared, and collective success is celebrated. The Learning & Organizational Development (LOD) Program Administrator is responsible for managing, coordinating, and implementing learning and development programs across the organization. This role ensures that all training initiatives are strategically aligned with business goals, efficiently executed, and continuously improved to meet the evolving needs of Simpson Strong-Tie and its employees. The Program Administrator oversees the master training calendar, supports content and curriculum development, drives process optimization, and manages program logistics, data analysis, and vendor relationships. By leveraging data and collaborating with L&OD leadership, this position plays a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and organizational excellence. Travel This position requires domestic and international travel up to 10% of the time. Work Status & Location This full-time, exempt position hybrid in Plano, TX or Pleasanton, CA. Relocation Relocation is available for this position.
