We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Product Officer to lead our product organization in shaping the future of financial technology at SEI. You will be responsible for driving product innovation, market fit, and operational excellence across our suite of financial services and technology platforms.

As a senior leader, you will oversee the full product lifecycle-from ideation and strategy to execution and optimization-ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. You will lead and scale the product management organization and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, compliance, and client success teams.

What you will do:

  • Define and own the centralized product vision, strategy, and roadmap across all financial and technology offerings.
  • Align product initiatives with company objectives, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Represent product strategy at executive and board levels.
  • Lead end-to-end product development using Agile methodologies.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
  • Oversee backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
  • Champion user-centric design by driving the development of intuitive, accessible, and engaging product experiences.
  • Evaluate market needs and conduct competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Translate insights into actionable product requirements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the product management organization.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, compliance, and operations to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
  • Evaluate build, buy, or partner options to ensure optimal resource allocation and accelerate product delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with product requirements, service quality, and contractual obligations.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to support product launches and client engagement.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for product lines, including product duplication rate, client satisfaction, time to market, platform reuse ratio, strategic alignment score, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure products meet financial regulations, data privacy standards, and internal governance policies.

What we need from you:

  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in global product leadership and financial services.
  • Track record of leading product teams and delivering successful products at scale.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, product analytics tools, and roadmap planning platforms.
  • Ability to set and communicate a clear vision, align resources, and inspire teams to achieve long-term organizational goals.
  • Make informed, timely decisions based on data, analysis, and sound judgment, especially under pressure.
  • Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability.
  • Conflict resolution and change management: Navigate complex challenges and drive organizational change effectively.
  • Determine how and when to incorporate emerging technologies into our products
  • Leverage digital tools and analytics to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
