* This position is hiring a Registered NurseorLicensed Practical Nurse to join the team at St. Andrew's Village! This is a full time, night shift.

For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!

*Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

*Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for LPNs:

    • 0-1 years of experience eligible for $5,000 (full time)
    • 1-3 years of experience eligible for $7,500 (full time)
    • 3+ years of experience eligible for $10,000 (full time)

    Position Summaries:

    The Village is a full-service senior living community designed exclusively for the enjoyment, comfort and safety of our residents. Independent living residents benefit from living in a classic Maine coastal community, and have access to an array of special amenities and activities. The Village is also proud to offer a full spectrum of senior care on one campus in beautiful Boothbay Harbor.

    The Registered Nurse (RN)- Long Term Care role provides high quality resident patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. Collaborates, delegates, and communicates with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care.

    Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

    1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
    2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
    3. Experience: One year of RN or LPN experience preferred.
    4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
    5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A

    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

    Under direction of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care role provides supportive and restorative care to residents, reinforces the resident and family teaching program, and administers medications and treatments according to policies, procedures, and standards of the nursing practice.

    Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

    1. Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required.
    2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. IV certification required.
    3. Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred.
    4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
    5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
