Where you'll be working...
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies. What you'll be doing...In this highly visible and integral role, you will be responsible for leading a team of base management brand leads for a portfolio of diverse value brands as well as overseeing responsibility for strategic programs available across the portfolio. Your goals are to drive service revenue growth for your portfolio of brands. You will proactively identify cross-brand opportunities and push forward strategic initiatives to unlock incremental benefits. You will create efficiencies by partnering with other brand leads and leveraging portfolio-level assets such as the Loyalty Program, Perks, Steps, Government Discount Programs, Strategic Network Migrations, and more. The work your team does under your leadership includes both commercially available service and device offers as well as restricted service and device offers. You will work strategically with finance, new technology, channel engagement, communications execution teams, and others to develop new processes while keeping the customer at the center of your efforts. You will be responsible for both driving bottom-up data-backed recommendations as well as adapting to top-down requirements from executive leadership. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
