Unit Description: Located in the heart of Malone, NY, The Alice Center is redefining long-term care with a positive, resident-centered approach. The Alice Center's Skilled Nursing Facility offers 24-hour nursing services and a full range of rehabilitation services in a caring, home-like environment. With the capacity to serve up to 135 individuals in need of long-term or short-term care, we provide the highest quality skilled nursing care while promoting privacy and dignity. The facility is divided into six separate "neighborhoods," each featuring home-like kitchens, dining rooms, large living rooms, and ample social spaces. On-call: Not Required Incentives: $4.00 Night Shift differential, $0.20 per hour for BSN, $0.25 per hour for MSN. Requirements: Current RN licensure recognized by the State of New York required. Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
