Join Mercy's Earn As You Learn (EAYL) Program and get paid while gaining valuable hands-on experience during your senior practicum!

• $2,000 Stipend (taxed) upon successful completion of your senior practicum at Mercy

To participate, students must:

• Be in their final semester of an accredited LPN or RN program

• Complete their senior practicum at Mercy Hospital Washington

• Commit to a bedside nursing role at Mercy after graduation (minimum 6-month commitment)

  *It is strongly encouraged that this position is on the unit where the practicum was completed
