Responsibilities

The customer requires a detail-oriented Project Integrator to support the component's Front Office leadership and staff. The Project Integrator will support the Customer by multitasking effectively in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities; assisting in the tracking of action items, identification and understanding of requirements, and supporting component-level communications. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide general administrative support, including schedule management/coordination and developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other process documentation.
  • Support the facilitation and response to action Items and accesses for incoming and outgoing personnel
  • Assist in preparation of management plans and reports; design and/or modify comprehensive briefing packages with data and information that will resonate with senior leadership
  • Assist in the identification and tracking of action items, tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects and initiatives, coordination of project schedules and capturing meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate meetings and information sessions with stakeholders and/or developers.
  • Assist the sponsor with assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs).
  • Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations for use by technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Manage multiple tasks and competing demands by prioritizing tasks appropriately, and working independently or as part of a team to drive projects to completion.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7 years of experience
  • Ability to fully coordinate project schedules
  • Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including scheduling meetings and preparing briefings/presentations
  • Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports
  • Ability to maintain correspondence, suspense files, records, reports, operating procedures, internal memoranda, and composing correspondence
  • Ability to compose technical documents including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports
  • Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data
  • Ability to work in Confluence, maintaining SOPs, organizational charts, and administrator access tracking

Desired Qualifcations

  • Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in a field related to the position
  • 15 years of experience is desired
  • 3 years of experience in the Intelligence Community
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and senior managers in the coordination and planning of programs
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Previous experience supporting and directly engaging senior-level leaders
