**SIGN ON / RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE** Chartwells K12 is seeking a strategic and inspiring Resident District Managerto lead our new partnership with the Oshkosh Area School District, serving over 9,000 students across 20 schools. Reporting directly to the Area Director, you will lead all facets of this multi-unit dining account, from client relationships to financial outcomes, and operational efficiency. Being the key district contact, you'll give dedication and planning to reach goals in a student-centered environment, and improve children's dining experience. You'll lead a hard-working management team of two Executive Chefs and support up to 75 dedicated frontline associates, guiding them to deliver exceptional service and innovative programs like Mood Boost, Student Choice, Discovery Kitchen, and Global Eats. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a passion for building lasting client partnerships, and the ability to encourage teams to create fresh, fun, and nourishing dining experiences across multiple sites.
