DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

While maintaining strict confidentiality, primarily focus on all aspects of the talent acquisition lifecycle including but not limited to ongoing employee engagement and appreciation events ensuring an exceptional employee experience



RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

*Skillfully acquire talent for assigned positions by developing and executing robust community outreach strategies

*Perform talent acquisition duties utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (UKGPro) to review resumes/applications against specific selection criteria, properly disposition candidates, conduct telephone pre-screens of qualified candidates, schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, extend employment offers, process pre-employment checks, and adhere to all applicable legal requirements

*Collaborate with managers to gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of their departments and the specific hiring needs for each role

*Strategically plan and represent the company at career fairs and employment and outreach events

*Serve as a backup for New Hire Orientation

*Consistently build and strengthen relationships for the entirety of the employee life cycle

*Maintain a strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and current company activities to answer questions from employees in a timely and accurate manner

*Assist employees with general questions, such as those related to internal Human Resources systems, and direct employees to department subject experts as needed

*Collaborate with team members in the planning and coordination of employee appreciation events inclusive of expense analysis and management, compiling reporting, and event execution and participation

*Help ensure that all company policies and procedures are uniformly followed and enforced

*Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

*Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training

*Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

*Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

*Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

*At least 2 years of experience acquiring talent, recruiting individuals, and/or motivating employees

*At least 1 year of experience effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment serving high volumes of individuals

*In lieu of the required years of experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration with at least 6 months of the required experience



PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

*At least 1 year of experience with event planning and/or employee relations preferred

*Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred



REQUIRED EDUCATION

*Associate's Degree in a Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of the required experience



PREFERRED EDUCATION

*Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration preferred



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
