We're looking for a seasoned ERISA compliance professional to serve as a senior leader within our Retirement Plan Services team. In this role, you'll guide compliance strategy, advise senior leadership, and mentor colleagues while shaping the future of retirement services. You'll also serve as a thought leader-sharing insights, guidance, and best practices both in writing and in presentations to influence the direction of our business.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and develop ERISA compliance colleagues, fostering expertise and collaboration.
  • Provide senior-level guidance on regulatory compliance to management, sales, and product teams.
  • Analyze new and proposed legislation to recommend strategies and implementation plans.
  • Partner with business leaders to review and approve new plan opportunities, ensuring compliance and risk alignment.
  • Direct operational defect resolution, including corrective actions and voluntary correction program filings.
  • Oversee plan restatements and amendments to ensure alignment with sponsor intentions and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a senior advisor and thought leader on new services and product development, ensuring compliance with ERISA and DOL regulations.
  • Represent Retirement Plan Services on risk and compliance committees, driving informed decisions and influencing best practices.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field required
  • 12+ years of ERISA and qualified plan administration experience required
  • Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CRPS, ASPPA, CEBS, or PRP preferred
  • License to Practice Law preferred
