Associate Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as an Associate Marketing Specialist,
where you'll help build strong client relationships and support innovative
marketing strategies across multiple platforms. In this role, you'll learn the
ins and outs of Yardi's digital marketing tools, assist in implementing
campaigns, and provide insightful performance reports. You'll also train
clients, offer proactive solutions, and stay on top of the latest industry

What You'll Do:

• Support the execution and optimization of SEO, PPC, social
  media, and reputation management campaigns
• Partner with clients to understand their marketing goals and
  bring their strategies to life
• Collaborate with team members to deliver impactful digital
  marketing solutions using Yardi's best practices
• Contribute fresh ideas and help fine-tune campaigns for
  better performance and results

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent combination of
  education and experience
• Basic understanding of SEO principles
• Working knowledge of PPC tactics and key performance
  indicators (KPIs)
• Familiarity with modern marketing platforms, including
  Google, Facebook, and Instagram
• Knowledge of current content management systems
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Analytical and decision-making skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Ideal to Have:

• Prior digital marketing experience
