Assumes overall responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the Veneer Department. Plans, directs, coordinates and controls the activities of employees in meeting plant production and quality objectives. Adheres to plant policies and procedures in the production process. Cooperates and woks closely with the other departments within the guidelines enunciated by the Assistant Operation Manager and Operations Manager. Review schedule production quotas. Plans daily distribution of work flow. To provide a safe and accident free work environment.
Plans daily production activities based on criteria established by Assistant Operation Manager and Operations Managers Directs production activities of employees to obtain maximum efficiency in realizing established production goals Monitors production to insure established quality is adhered to Reviews and analyzes material usage to insure product specifications are met Monitors production to insure established quality is adhered to Personnel Interviews job applicants to satisfy department needs Trains employees in all aspects of job and monitors performance Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled | |
