Overview
This position provides strategic support and advocacy for retail, business, and commercial banking sales. Leads efforts to deliver tools, resources, and industry expertise that support and enhance the Bank's sales processes, sales production, and client service delivery. Develops strategies to ensure the Bank maintains a competitive advantage through market and industry expertise. Advocates for ongoing development of bankers and enhancements to internal processes to drive excellence in client acquisition and relationship expansion activities that generate revenue for the Bank. Defines service and sales management processes, routines, and competencies that guide client interaction. Promotes a culture of sales coaching and accountability towards the achievement of business goals. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Retail Banking Sales encompassing sales program development and sales enablement, service delivery, lending, and product acumen required. OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Retail Banking Sales encompassing sales program development and sales enablement.
