Description
The Mechanical Department Head manages a team of Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Professionals as well as outside consultants in the work of; defining the project, communicating project specific scope by using a combination of technology and in person meetings.This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to meet the deadline driven nature of our work. Leadership and People Development
To be successful, you will need to possess a strong mentality that drives the facilitation and maximization of ongoing growth of the department. This role collaborates across multiple stakeholders translating design directives and strategy into draft and then site-specific solutions that provide the best value for the overall project. Exceptional leadership and engagement skills, attention to detail, and an ability to simplify process and drive effective execution in a multi-format, multiple location roll out are requirements for this position.
