Description

The IFB Program Manager is accountable for leading and overseeing key programs and projects spanning across the Individual and Family segment, as identified and prioritized within segment leadership. The IFB Program Manager works closely with colleagues across Operations, Technology, Network, Legal, Clinical, Data Analytics and other business unit teams to ensure that plans are thoughtfully developed, aligned with Segment strategy, and executed accurately and timely. This individual will work closely with senior leaders across the company to gain support to execute program activities to support growth and retention in IFB and will have the authority to make decisions affecting the various projects with responsibility for bringing recommendations to the Markets leadership as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities



  • Program Planning

    • Identify, solicit and maintain opportunities list for fixing and improving current IFB issues
    • Monitor organizational changes and help predict where issues may develop
    • Translate IFB identified business gaps into enterprise projects including defining scope, requirements, and milestones
    • Partner with internal teams and vendor partners to drive innovative programs that optimize performance and experience


  • Program Management

    • Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of programs and projects specific to Individual & Family strategic initiatives and ensure outcomes are measurable and repeatable
    • Develop and implement an effective process to evaluate, track and monitor execution, & report on progress


  • Segment Leadership

    • Ensure initiatives are appropriately socialized and prioritized among functional leaders
    • Lead project teams of matrixed functions through influence to achieve segment goals
    • Represent IFB on enterprise and departmental initiatives as assigned




Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Health Care Administration, or equivalent experience in related field
  • 10 years of experience beyond degree, 5+ years of leadership experience


Skills and Abilities



  • Understanding of Healthcare functional pillars and experience driving results within a matrix organization
  • Large Project and/or Program Management experience
  • Ability to influence individuals at all levels of leadership
  • Demonstrated track record of getting things done
  • Ability to provide work direction and coaching to individuals not under direct authority
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills


This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week.

The full salary range for this position is $111,200 - $190,600. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
