Network Health's success is rooted in its mission to create healthy and strong Wisconsin communities. Network Health is seeking a Dental Concierge Representative to join our Dental Concierge Team and serve as a trusted resource for our members and dental providers.

In this role, you'll go beyond traditional customer service-you'll guide members through their dental benefits, help them understand coverage and costs, and support providers with claims, billing, and policy navigation. You'll be at the center of building stronger connections, improving care experiences, and ensuring seamless service for all.

Location:
Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. This position is eligible to work at your home office (reliable internet is required), at our office in Brookfield or Menasha, or a combination of both in our hybrid workplace model. Travel to the office in Menasha or Brookfield may be required occasionally for the position, including on first day of orientation.

Hours:
1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities:



  • Provide personalized support to members, helping them navigate dental benefits, claims, cost-sharing, and provider access.
  • Educate members on benefits, estimate costs, and coordinate reimbursements.
  • Proactively contact dental offices to clarify billing practices and minimize member out-of-pocket costs.
  • Serve as a resource for dental providers, offering support with eligibility verification, claims, coding, billing, and portal use.
  • Build and maintain strong provider relationships that support growth and retention.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth, integrated member and provider experiences.
  • Document interactions and contribute feedback to improve services and processes.


Job Requirements:

Education/Experience:



  • Associate's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience required.
  • At least 3 years in customer service, insurance navigation, or claims processing.
  • 2+ years of experience with dental benefits, claims, or provider relations strongly preferred.



Knowledge & Skills:



  • Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and billing practices preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex benefits in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
  • Experience delivering high-touch, personalized customer service.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
