You'll help them navigate their financial journey by: * Processing account transactions (purchases, redemptions, exchanges) * Troubleshooting online account access and navigation * Offering guidance aligned with their financial goals This is more than customer service-it's financial empowerment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
