Schedule That Works for You Enjoy the consistency and structure of a 3rd shift role perfect for night owls or those seeking daytime flexibility. Schedule: 10pm to 6:30am, Sunday to Saturday, 6 days/week Training Breakdown Training may occur on a different shift to ensure proper onboarding and hands-on learning. You'll receive support from experienced trainers and subject matter experts to help you succeed in your role. What's In It For You Pay: $25.10/hour plus $1.25 shift differential Benefits: Comprehensive Nestle benefits after 30 days of employment, including health, dental, vision, and more What You'll Accomplish * Collaborating with trainers and supervisors to develop training plans and onboarding materials * Acting as a subject matter lead to coach and guide operators and technicians * Conducting training evaluations and progression assessments * Working with experts across the factory to ensure accurate training content * Becoming qualified to operate equipment in your area of responsibility * Validating and maintaining training documentation * Supporting technical skill development using education and training methodologies * Facilitating training sessions tailored to different learning styles * Participating in site-wide Safety and Quality initiatives What You Will Bring * High school diploma or GED equivalent (required) * 2+ years of manufacturing or related industry experience (required) * 1 year of training experience (required); manufacturing training experience preferred * Computer skills like Excel and learning platforms (preferred) * Presentation and facilitation skills like delivering trainings and public speaking (preferred) You're a Great Fit If You... * Have strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills * Are bilingual (Spanish and English preferred) * Are proficient with digital tools (tablet, Microsoft Office Suite) * Excel at building relationships and motivating peers * Are highly organized and detail-oriented * Understand manufacturing operations and how processes impact performance * Can plan and execute training development plans * Have a basic understanding of problem-solving techniques (preferred) The approximate hourly pay for this position is $25.10. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
