Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. We are seeking a Lead User Experience Designer to work with the Lending and Credit Product Management team, contributing to the development of an end-to-end digital lending experience used by thousands of the most innovative companies in the U.S. and beyond. You will help to reimagine how SVB can optimize the lending portfolio management experience for our associates (and ultimately the credit product experience for our clients) while working with platform complexities and regulatory constraints. You will have the opportunity to deliver intuitive designs and detailed service blueprints that drive efficient business processes by conducting user research and validation and facilitating discovery workshops with users and stakeholders. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Developers and other Designers to lead the execution of high-quality UX/UI deliverables that contribute to the design of end-to-end user experiences that help our clients and associates accomplish their most challenging goals. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience (preferred 8-10 years designing digital product experiences in an agile development environment). Required Qualifications

The base pay for this position is generally between $118,300 and $183,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
