Regional Installation Manager

KI has an immediate opening for a Regional Installation Manager in its KI Services Division. This position will be based out of Chicago, IL but may need to travel throughout the United States.

This role will be responsible for the following:

• Identify, manage, and coordinate installation projects
• Manage and train Installation Supervisors, Project Managers, and vendors to ensure projects are completed within proper guidelines
• Quote installations, negotiate competitive bids, and confirm production of products
• Schedule delivery and installation dates and communicate project information to various individuals

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in Business or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience and previous experience with modular furniture installations
• Ability to understand and interpret floor plans and blueprints as well as strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong administrative, organizational and technical skills including Word and Excel

The salary range for this position is $92,000/year - $116,000/year but could differentiate from this scale based on the candidate's skillset, years of experience, education and geographic location.
