The Opportunity

We're looking for an exceptionally passionate Junior Content Producer to join our marketing team in San Francisco, CA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to world-class digital experiences. You will have the chance to work on ambitious projects that compete with the best in the industry and implement content strategies that engage a diverse audience.

What You'll Do

Production Coordination

  • Help schedule shoots, manage production calendars, and liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site and remote shoots, including crew support and equipment needs.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with producers and strategists to successfully implement briefs.
  • Participate in brainstorms and pitch sessions to develop engaging content ideas that resonate with Gen-Z and creator audiences.
  • Evaluate production needs against creative concepts.

Content Creation & Support

  • Attend filming as needed.
  • Assist in producing short-form video, social assets, and editorial content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Support post-production workflows including editing, asset management, and localization.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree required with an encouraged graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, internet culture, and audience engagement.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools and basic graphic design platforms.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $46,000 -- $95,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
