Senior Sourcing Partner (AI/ML)

The Opportunity

Help us shape the future of AI. We're seeking a Senior Sourcing Partner with deep expertise in AI/ML - especially GenAI-to connect visionary engineering teams with world-class talent. You'll act as a strategic advisor, delivering market insights, spotting emerging skills, and building powerful pipelines that fuel innovation and keep us ahead in the GenAI race!

What you'll Do

  • Develop innovative, skill-focused sourcing strategies informed by talent data, market intelligence, and business needs.

  • Proactively build and nurture pipelines of AI/ML and GenAI talent, maintaining long-term engagement with top-tier candidates.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to influence hiring decisions and deliver strategic insights.

  • Provide competitive intelligence and labor market analysis to guide hiring strategies.

  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects our brand and values.

  • Stay current on emerging AI/ML trends and talent pools to refine sourcing approaches.

  • Share best practices and collaborate across the team to drive continuous improvement and exceptional hiring outcomes.

What you need to

  • 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in fast-paced tech environments, including 2+ years focused on AI/ML or GenAI.

  • Proven success hiring technical talent in competitive markets, with agility in startup-like or evolving environments.

  • Deep understanding of the AI/ML talent ecosystem, including emerging roles and specialized technologies.

  • Strong analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to translate talent data into actionable strategy.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting insights to senior leaders.

  • Ability to adapt and remain resilient in changing environments, with a proactive approach.

  • Strong presence in the AI/ML community through active involvement in industry conferences/events, academic forums, user groups, and professional networks.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $107,600 -- $197,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
