Now Hiring: Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Location: Sussex, WI
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM

About the Role

Pregis is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift Converting team. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 3rd shift production team to meet daily goals.
• Plan and prioritize work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor workflow.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Promote a safe work environment through regular inspections, safety meetings, and enforcement of safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with Production Control and other departments to ensure schedule alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate employee schedules and manage time-off requests.
• Serve as a communication bridge between employees and leadership.
• Uphold Pregis values and lead by example in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing operations, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Education: Associate's degree preferred.
• Skills & Competencies:




• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Results-oriented with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
