Requisition ID req34504 Working Title Operations Specialist Position Grade 11 Position Summary The Department of Dermatology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Specialist to oversee key functions within its clinical research program, provider credentialing processes and support departmental function. This role is responsible for the daily administrative and operational oversight of the Clinical Research Program. The Operations Specialist will manage fiscal, administrative, human resources, and procedural aspects of the program. This position provides professional and technical leadership to staff and faculty researchers and acts as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders on operational matters. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to lead the provider credentialing process. Responsibilities include coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining credentialing and re-credentialing activities for healthcare providers. This role ensures all credentialing operations meet regulatory standards, payer requirements, and institutional policies.See the Position Description for additional information. Conditions of Employment Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
