*Business Process Analyst (Hybrid Chicago)* Role Overview: The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that align with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: * Analyze current ("As-is") process models and design future ("To-be") workflows. * Manage changes to business processes and ensure alignment with business goals. * Document and analyze business rules governing process implementation. * Test and execute processes to validate outcomes. * Assess the impact of process changes on people, strategy, systems, and operations. * Collect and analyze feedback on process performance for continuous improvement. * Monitor and measure process effectiveness. * Detect inefficiencies and recommend improvements. * Utilize spreadsheet software, flow-charting tools, and business process analysis platforms. Must-Have Qualifications: * 3-5 years of experience in process consulting (business-focused). * Proven leadership skills, including workshop facilitation. * Strong ability to write procedures and perform process mapping. * Analytical skills to interpret information from customers, vendors, and stakeholders. * Deep understanding of business process analysis methodologies. Preferred Skills: * Experience with Visio or other process mapping tools. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Familiarity with Power BI or other data analytics tools. Soft Skills: * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Strong writing skills for documentation and reporting. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
