Description We are looking for a Sr. Data Analyst who will facilitate the implementation of our data strategy and our business intelligence reporting initiatives to deliver timely relevant information to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, results-driven, flexible, detail-oriented, and collaborative. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Responsible for data consolidation, analysis, and business reporting. Develops and maintains reports for stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ingests data through Azure Data Factory with new customers, cleans that data, and hands off data to dev team to utilize and build out custom API instances where necessary. Develops actionable insights and recommendations for business. Collaborates with various functional teams such as marketing, underwriting, operations and IT to identify analytical requirements and achieve business results. Provides support to research teams or management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results based on the needs of end users. May handle special ad-hoc analytical projects as needed. May assist in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation data. Uses commercial tools or develops custom solutions to generate metrics and useful business data. Ensures data accuracy, troubleshoots and improves performance of data applications. Maintains data integrity and data processing efficiency by working to eliminate redundancy and applying best practice data stewardship techniques. May recommend data reporting or access tools and train end-users in their use. Stays informed of the ways the organization uses its data. Must continuously be learning and staying abreast of technology advances, specifically cloud data technologies. Will mentor and support 2 junior data analysts that are ton the team! Highly Desirable Experience working with a cloud-based environment such as Microsoft Azure using data lakes, pipelines, and other data services. Data Analytics experience and demonstrated aptitude. Ability to create and maintain dashboards using Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, etc. Experience using GIT, Visual Studio or DevOps source control. * Oracle DB and/or other data storage type experience is a plus. Experience in an Agile shop for projects and work requests. Experience Level* Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $62.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
