The Opportunity: This team helps deliver on our North American demand response (DR) program commitments by leading implementation, managing execution, and coordinating operational support for Enel X's demand response programs.
The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the DR business and a strong desire to become a domain expert in DR program rules, propriety systems, and operational protocols. This role will steer the execution of new and existing programs to consistently meet energy reduction targets. The DR Operations team thrives on a culture of continuous improvement, and the ideal candidate will have experience identifying areas for improvement and successfully managing projects to achieve business objectives. Opportunities for growth will become apparent in the areas of operational efficiency, customer experience, system & process alignment, and cross-functional leadership.

What Enel North America Offers You:
The hiring range for this position is $36.70 - $43.75 per hour. For remote positions, this is based on a national average base pay for this role. For positions in California this range will be specific to the location in California. The actual range may vary based on the geographic location of the chosen candidate. For all positions, the base pay actually offered will take into account various factors, including internal equity and job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
