Who we are looking for

Purpose

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst with specialized experience in Veeva Vault CRM and its associated products, including (but not limited to) Veeva Link, Align, Engage, and Medical Insights. This role will be pivotal in optimizing our commercial and medical operations by designing, implementing, and maintaining Veeva-based solutions that support field force effectiveness, compliant HCP engagement, and actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities

  • Veeva CRM Strategy & Implementation


    • Lead the configuration, deployment, and enhancement of Veeva Vault CRM to support commercial and medical teams.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into scalable Veeva solutions.
    • Manage integrations between Veeva CRM and other platforms (e.g., ERP, data warehouses, marketing automation tools).


  • Product-Specific Expertise


    • Veeva Align: Support territory alignment, roster management, and field force planning.
    • Veeva Engage: Enable compliant remote interactions with HCPs; optimize user experience and adoption.
    • Veeva Link: Leverage real-time KOL insights to support medical and commercial strategies.
    • Veeva Medical Insights: Capture, manage, and analyze scientific insights from field medical teams to inform strategy and decision-making.
    • Veeva Vault: Ensure proper document management, compliance, and collaboration across teams.


  • System Maintenance & Optimization


    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve usability and data integrity.
    • Manage user roles, permissions, and profiles to ensure secure and compliant access.
    • Conduct regular audits and data quality checks across Veeva modules.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration


    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and IT to ensure Veeva solutions meet evolving business needs.
    • Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users across Veeva products.
    • Facilitate change management and communication around system updates and releases.


  • Reporting & Analytics


    • Develop dashboards and reports within Veeva or integrated BI tools to provide insights into CRM usage, HCP engagement, and field force performance.
    • Ensure data accuracy and alignment with KPIs and compliance standards.


  • Project Management


    • Lead or support Veeva-related projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support.
    • Coordinate with Veeva Managed Services and external consultants as needed.



Experience Required

  • Required:


    • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in Veeva Vault CRM.
    • Strong understanding of Veeva architecture, data models, and integration capabilities.
    • Experience with Veeva Align, Engage, Link, and Medical Insights modules.
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.


  • Preferred:


    • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
    • Familiarity with CRM analytics, field force effectiveness, and HCP engagement strategies.
    • Veeva certifications or training in Vault CRM, Align, Engage, or Medical Insights.



Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or related field.
