Schedule: Monday-Tuesday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our small, collaborative healthcare team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for patients by managing scheduling, insurance verification, and front-desk operations. You'll work closely with a Certified Medical Assistant and provide support across various administrative and patient-facing tasks. Key Responsibilities * Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently. * Verify insurance coverage and gather necessary billing information. * Input demographic, insurance, and co-pay details into EPIC for registration and billing. * Troubleshoot scheduling and access issues to support patient needs. * Facilitate the flow of patient forms, letters, and data across departments. * File, retrieve, and deliver patient information as needed. * Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure confidentiality in all interactions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
