The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary The Department of Pediatrics is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in a full-time position to work within the division of Cardiology. Performs diversified clerical duties related to the operational needs of the division, which may include, but are not limited to: typing correspondence, reports, articles; answering telephones, taking messages, scheduling appointments/meetings; maintaining division files, record keeping, patient record filing; taking meeting minutes; processing reimbursement; collecting payments. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail.
