Merakey is seeking a dedicated Certified School Nurse Manager to lead and support our school-based nursing teams. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality health services in alignment with Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) regulations for licensed private academic schools. The Clinical Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining the health and safety of students by providing clinical oversight, supporting LPN staff, and helping implement best practices across all education sites.

Salary: $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and support to LPN staff across Merakey Education Centers.
• Ensure all school health services comply with PDE regulations and state nursing standards.
• Oversee implementation of standard precautions, medication administration, and safety protocols.
• Monitor incident reporting and critical event management procedures.
• Serve as a school-based LPN when needed due to staffing shortages.
• Support the development and implementation of medical and safety policies in collaboration with the Office of Medical Affairs.
• Partner closely with LPNs to ensure students receive required health services
