What to Expect The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for monitoring, reporting, and tracking construction progress based on the scope of work, drawings, and specifications. This role involves detailed reporting on specific commodities using contractual units of measurement, and generating visual and written reports to verify contractor invoices and progress. The individual must have the expertise to assess construction progress, communicate findings through reports, and reconcile bills of materials to resolve disputes. This position requires technical knowledge and analytical skills for accurate tracking and dispute resolution.
