Branch Team Lead I Location: Brookfield, WI (New Branch) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM; Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM Training: Two weeks in Fox Valley (mileage, hotel, and per diem meals provided) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Team Lead I to help launch and lead operations at our new Milwaukee branch. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services and team leadership. You'll supervise, coach, and support branch staff while ensuring exceptional member service and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities to grow and make a meaningful impact in the community. Key Responsibilities * Supervise, train, and support branch team members in daily operations and member service. * Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching. * Ensure efficient branch operations, staffing coverage, and service quality. * Lead team meetings and communicate updates on procedures, services, and goals. * Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently educate members on credit union offerings. * Schedule staff, perform audits, and monitor compliance with policies and procedures. * Address escalated member and team concerns professionally and promptly. * Process member transactions, open new accounts, and assist with advanced banking needs. * Support the branch manager in achieving performance goals and maintaining facilities. * Represent the credit union positively in the community and promote team engagement. Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in financial services or banking * 2+ years of team lead or supervisory experience * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills * Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities * Proven ability to manage time, resolve conflict, and coach team members * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems Apply today to be part of an exciting expansion and lead a team that's committed to delivering outstanding member experiences! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
