Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems to include, but not limited to domestic, sewer and grease traps. Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems. Clean drains, remove obstructions, and repair or replace broken pipes and fixtures. Install, repair, and maintain equipment and lines that service water pipes ranging from standard systems to specialized installations. Preserve water heaters, repair toilets, and fix ice machines as needed. May be required to inspect, test, service, and maintain water softening equipment. Cut, thread, and join pipes. May perform soldering, lead wiping, acetylene, and electric cutting and welding. Insulate and paint lines and equipment as required. Drill holes in walls, floors, and ceilings. Clean, maintain, safely operate and properly store all tools and equipment. Observe and enforce all safety requirements related to equipment operation. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, material orders, reports and maintenance of records. Perform other duties as assigned. Shift
Monday thru Friday 7:30am - 3pm; Night and Events as needed. Minimum Qualifications
* A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary. Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $20.50 - $24.75 (hourly) Community Information
