What we're looking for:
We are looking for a Contract Manager or Paralegal Professional to join our Dover Food Retail team. This individual should have a working knowledge of contracting and legal principles, a commitment to developing strong customer and supplier relationships, and a wide complex of business competencies, knowledge and awareness that allow for a flexible and adaptive approach to addressing risk and opportunities in a competitive industry environment. We are also looking for a professional who can balance applying applicable laws and regulations in support of providing recommendations to business stakeholders and leaders and in the preparation, draft, and review of agreements that achieve business objectives, adhere to corporate guidelines, and meet the needs and requirements of our clients. An ideal candidate would be highly organized, decisive and confident, and works well in a matrixed, team environment. What you'll be responsible for in this role:
