Department:Division of Student ServicesDepartment's Website: The Dean of Enrollment Management provides strategic direction, leadership, and supervision for the planning, management and evaluation of programs, personnel, and budgets related to the Department of Enrollment Management which currently includes the areas of Admissions & Recruiting, Career Coach program, Testing & Disability Services, and Scholarships. The Dean reports to the Vice Chancellor for Student Services. Key Responsibilities: * Implement the strategic enrollment management plan that supports UAHT's growth goals, mission, and vision, and implements tactics to achieve enrollment targets for both the College's physical locations and online programs. * Build and enhance relationships with faculty, staff, and administrators across the college, to expand their understanding of their role in recruiting students and to aid in the fulfillment or enrollment management initiatives and priorities. * Establish goals for inquiries, applications, acceptances, campus visits, and enrollment for recruiting purposes and provide reports to the College leadership on progress toward these goals. * In close collaboration with the Communications Coordinator, identify market segments and inform marketing strategies with a focus on brand-building and best practice; guide the development of recruitment and marketing materials; and monitor the performance of strategic recruitment and integrated marketing plans. * Foster a culture of excellence in appropriately leveraging data and sharing of information within the Enrollment Management Team, including best practices in data collection, analysis, and reporting; work with the Director of Institutional Research to provide admission data for federal and state reporting purposes as needed. * Build and sustain relationships with K-12, community partners and leaders, and other stakeholders across the service area that further enhance the College's mission, vision, and enrollment goals. * Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications and outreach. * Maintain open lines of communication across teams and with UAHT leadership. * Monitor recruitment and admissions data and key performance indicators. * Supervises UAHT's scholarship program. * Ensure Career Coaches are meeting grant performance standards and follow grant requirements. * Read, follow, interpret, and enforce State Statutes, Department of Higher Education Policies, and College policies and procedures as applicable. Qualifications: * Earned master's degree from an accredited institution in the field of College Student Personnel, Counseling, Higher Education, or related field; * Five (5) years of full time, progressively responsible professional experience in student affairs or student services, preferably in admissions, in a college or university setting. * At least three years of supervisory or management experience. * Experience working in student information/ERP systems. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with project management and planning, leading major projects and initiatives from idea through execution and assessment.
