Compensation

$180,000-$220,000 Per Year Plus Excellent Benefits!

Job Summary

The Reliability and Maintenance Director of Equipment is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of equipment and manufacturing facilities. It's preferred to have construction, mining, landfill and refuse management experience. This role involves the establishment of reliability process and tracking across all activities and divisions of Colas USA.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Design and implement strategies to avoid equipment failures.
  • Failure Analysis: Investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Asset Reliability: Assess and improve performance of critical systems.
  • Maintenance Optimization: Apply RCM and TPM principles.
  • Data Analysis: Use CMMS tools to track trends and inform decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work with operations and maintenance teams.
  • Reporting: Document findings and track KPIs.
Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance or related field preferred.
* Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in the construction, mining, landfill or waste management.
* Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
* Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
* Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery.

Working Conditions

* Work may be performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
* The role may involve physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
* Shift work or on-call duties may be required.
