Staffmark is hiring Machine Operators for a leading organic egg production company in Greencastle, PA.

Pay: $19/hr - 1st Shift | $21/hr - 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (1st Shift) or 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities:



  • Operate egg processing machines and up to 20 packaging machines according to production schedules.
  • Set up equipment, ensure accurate date codes, and verify carton labeling.
  • Stage and manage carton inventory for daily production.
  • Use touchscreen controls to adjust egg flow and production as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety protocols.
  • Assist team members and support smooth production operations.
  • Comply with Food Safety and GMP standards and attend required training.



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 6 months machine operator experience; 1 year preferred.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious.
