Hunter Hamilton is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts & Compliance Coordinator to support our client's busy operations team on site in Centennial, CO. This temporary opportunity is expected to last through March 2026 and offers the chance to play a key role in ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and communication across multiple projects statewide.

What You'll Do


  • Review, analyze, and process parts requests and purchase orders (POs) with accuracy and timeliness.



  • Generate proposals for code compliance and state-required work, coordinating closely with branch service superintendents, repair managers, and technicians.



  • Communicate directly with customers to clarify responsibilities, ensure transparency, and follow up prior to billing.



  • Maintain accurate documentation by filing, tracking project progress, and sending letters of compliance to both the State and customers.



  • Research and respond to inquiries related to permits, preliminary orders, and testing.



  • Pull permits, schedule vendors (drilling, cab, phones, etc.), and prepare completed booking packages for regional repair coordinators.



  • Manage multiple Outlook inboxes while juggling priorities across the entire state of Colorado.




What We're Looking For


  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills-you'll be tracking multiple projects simultaneously.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions.



  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other Office tools, including handling multiple inboxes.



  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.



  • Prior administrative, operations coordination, or compliance experience preferred.
