Machine Operator

• Operate and monitor all processing equipment, ensuring proper Soymilk parameters through lab testing and system adjustments.
• Complete and maintain accurate paperwork, inspections, sanitation schedules, and inventory records.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment, storage tanks, lines, and designated plant areas to meet GMP and 5S standards.
• Handle raw material and product flow, including unloading bean trucks, supplying soybeans, transferring Soymilk, and loading/unloading tankers.
• Maintain awareness of processing systems, warehouse, Okara storage, and wastewater system, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, maintenance, and other departments while assisting in training and coaching employees.
• Support plant goals through continuous improvement, team participation, safety compliance, and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
