Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position is responsible for providing on-call, in-person social service crisis intervention counseling for families with children ages 0 - 17 years of age. Services are provided for evening, weekend and holiday coverage. May provide initial screening of child protection cases and initial face to face contact to ensure child and family safety and provide information and appropriate referrals. Location In-home/Remote: Anoka/Scott County Schedule On Call shifts run Monday through Friday, 4:30pm to 8:00am and one weekend per month. 24 Hour coverage on all Holidays.
