Job Title: Mortgage Post Closer * 100% Onsite in Scottsdale (old town) * 50-60K with bonus potential * M-f, 8-5pm * Direct placement * Need good job tenure! Overview: The Mortgage Post Closer ensures all mortgage loan documents are accurate and meet compliance standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of mortgage processes, and the ability to collaborate with teams across the financial services industry. Key Skills: * Post-closing * Mortgage lending * Mortgage banking * FHA loans * Refinancing Top Requirements: * 3-5 years of post-closing mortgage experience * Strong understanding of mortgage regulations and compliance * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Proficient in mortgage software and Microsoft Office * Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively Education: * High school diploma or GED required Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
