Description Epic Health Planet and Compass Rose Analyst - Community Connect Implementation Location: Remote with Periodic Travel (Milestone Site Visits in November, January, March, and April) Contract Duration: September 2025 - May 30, 2026 (Build starts September; Go-Live May 30) We are supporting a large-scale Epic Community Connect implementation for our client. The project is fully funded and approved, with build kicking off in September 2025 and go-live scheduled for May 30, 2026. This role will be focused exclusively on new build and integration work, not optimization or ticket support. We are seeking An experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst who also has experience with Compass Rose. This person will be responsible for working with our customer (Xtensys) who is the Epic Partner implementing Epic to their community connect partner, Crouse Health. They will be working with Xtensys internal epic team, alongside the connect sites IT Team who is being trained in Epic. Key Responsibilities * Complete the build and integration for HealthyPlanet and Compass Rose modules in a Community Connect context * Collaborate with host and customer teams to design and validate workflows. * Participate in milestone site visits and go-live support. * Ensure deliverables meet Epic, host, and customer standards.
