Full Time 40 Hours/Week Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Remote Summary: The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Patient Access, is a highly skilled analytics professional responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced business intelligence solutions to support and optimize patient access across Ambulatory and other care settings. This role plays a key part in transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights, enhancing operational performance, and improving patient access workflows. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of advanced dashboards, reports, and analytics tools using Power BI, Epic's Slicer Dicer and Reporting Workbench.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and optimize existing reports and identify opportunities to enhance patient access through data.
- Monitor the performance of the Epic EMR system related to patient access, identify issues, and implement improvements to ensure smooth functionality.
- Partner with the Director of Ambulatory Access, clinic managers, scheduling teams, and IT to identify access bottlenecks and develop strategies for improvement.

- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Epic's Slicer Dicer, Reporting Workbench, Nova Notes, QlikView, Qlik Sense, SAP BI Web Intelligence (WebI).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience
- Education: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.

- Years of relevant experience: Five (5) years in BI or related fields, with demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics.
