What You'll Do

• 
  

  Lead and support a billing team to ensure accurate, timely invoicing

  
  
• 
  

  Monitor team performance and drive billing KPIs

  
  
• 
  

  Resolve invoice discrepancies and process corrections

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate across departments to manage open sales orders and reconciliations

  
  
• 
  

  Assist with audits and ensure compliance with billing policies

  
  
• 
  

  Train, support, and relieve direct reports as needed

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  5-10 years of administrative experience, including team supervision

  
  
• 
  

  Strong background in A/R, A/P, and inventory processes

  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  
  
• 
  

  Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  
  
• 
  

  Clear communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude

  
  
• 
  

  Experience in a customer-driven, deadline-focused environment
