Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. The Operations Specialist II - Titling Commercial Collateral provides advanced operational support for the Commercial Middle Office - Capital Equipment Finace in the execution of daily loan closing activities. Facilitates loan closing and titling processes and associate workflow while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. Maintains records or systems crucial for business operations. Answers client, vendor or team inquiries and resolves issues, updating department records or systems accordingly, in alignment with service standards and business goals. Assists in the identification of process inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in Financial Services or Operations Support OR N/A and N/A years of experience in Financial Services or Operations Support Preferred:
The pay for this position is generally between $24.03 and 33.65 paid hourly. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
