The Talent Acquisition Intern will support recruiting efforts related to daily operations, future planning, and activity execution.

The position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE, and potential for a hybrid work schedule with 50% in the office. Candidate must be local and able to work two semesters (15-20 hours per week) and continue through Summer 2026 (40 hours per week).

What will you do?

  • Assist with coordination and proctoring assessment testing
  • Support vendor billing and invoice processing
  • Help prepare materials and logistics for career fairs and recruitment events
  • Provide on-site and virtual support during recruitment events
  • Contribute to planning, supporting, and execution of the Insurance Operations summer internship program with our Learning & Development team
  • Perform administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

What are we looking for?

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
