Partner products are critical to our growth, customer value proposition, and marketplace differentiation. As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will serve as the strategic owner of our partner ecosystem-managing relationships, expanding supply, and ensuring commercial success across a portfolio of 60,000+ products from 60+ global partners. This role combines relationship management, partner strategy, contract negotiation, and cross-functional coordination, offering the opportunity to shape how HBI builds and scales a modern partnership model in a dynamic, fast-changing business environment. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity. |
