KI is looking for a Project Manager to join our IT team at our Corporate Headquarters in Green Bay, WI. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning and managing of assigned IT projects. Projects will range in size and scope. This role will apply project management skills and techniques to plan and manage all aspects of projects. This includes but is not limited to the identification of resource requirements, leading matrix-based project teams, defining project deliverables, developing appropriate documentation, assessing and reporting project progress, ensuring quality of deliverables, and effectively communicating with project teams and senior leadership.


Essential Functions:
* Lead the planning and implementation of projects from beginning to end.
* Define project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
* Collaborate with managers to delegate tasks and responsibilities to project team members and contractors.
* Work with appropriate managers to identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teams.
* Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
* Develop and track project metrics.
* Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
* Work with appropriate managers to provide direction and support to project teams.
* Work with appropriate managers to manage risk and issues that may impact projects.
* Develop and implement mitigations plans to address risks and issues.
* Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
* Manage stakeholder expectations.
* Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.


Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; or related experience.
* 3+ years of experience managing projects, with project teams consisting of 7+ individuals, affecting multiple functional areas preferred.
* Project Management Institute PMP or CAPM certification, or equivalent certification/education preferred. Relevant work experience may take place of certification.
* Experience with Agile project methodologies a plus.
